Financial Qualification

We will work with qualified candidates in the assistance with obtaining competitive financing from commercial lenders.

Market and Site Evaluations

We will work with our client to identify the market area and to research demogprahic data, competitive market studies, land use and zoning requirements, and any other services that require us to identify the best possible site in your market area.

Site Negotiation / Acquisition

After we have determined that a specific location meets all the needs of our client, we will work together to negotiate an offer on the property.

Site Planning / Due Diligence

Once your site is under contract, we will begin the site planning phase of our agreement. During this period we cover all of the due diligence items to ensure that your site is feasible for a child care center.

Construction

After you have closed on the land purchase, we will begin the construction of your school. We will work with you and the architect to design a center that is cost efficient yet attractive.

Business

Our assistance continues until your buisiness is up and running. We will work with you to develop a complete operations package that includes enrollment, employment, and operating forms. We will help to develop your brand and image to ensure that your identity is unique and an advantage to your market.

State Licensing / Business Development

We will work you through the entire state licensing process. Our process includes the operations agreements, employment assistance and screening, enrollment planning, staff training, building compliance and inspections, and final licensing inspections. We will assist you through the entire process to obtain all required licenses through the State.

Business Planning / Branding

Our firm will guide you through all of the neccessary steps to open your center with the maximum advantage to gain enrollments in the shortest period of time. We will work with you to design your brand from the initial logo creation, web design, signage to the final marketing pieces that are provided to your prospective enrollments. Our team is experienced in child care marketing and will create a leading, cost effective campaign that will ensure your enrollment success!

Long Term Guidance

Our committment doesn't stop when your center opens. We will continue to provide up to a one year period of assistance for your business and a one year warranty on your building and site.
