Carrington Academy is currently hiring at all campuses and looking for talented teachers!
"Our teachers are truly remarkable: caring, friendly, bright, and understanding. They're the ones who make the biggest difference in giving your children the best possible early childhood educational experience. And they're one of the primary reasons why Carrington Academy is your best possible choice."
--- The Davis Family, Founders
Are you looking for a school that allows you to show your individual talents in the classroom? Every Carrington Academy campus director works with each and every teacher to allow their talents to shine within the classroom. The founders of Carrington Academy have developed their own uniquely designed curriculum where teachers can create daily activities and lesson plans that are specifically created for their classroom. This in return provides a foundation where teachers can become creative in the classroom and utilize their specific talents. Carrington teachers always think outside of the pre-packaged curriculum mentality, which is clearly noticeable in their daily lesson plans and schedule. Utilize the outdoor classroom spaces on a nice and sunny day, create a cooking activity one day, allow change to happen when an educational opportunity arises. We want our teachers to not be bound by the typical "here is what you need to do everyday" mentality and become part of a unique approach to early childhood.
