Important Food Allergy Notice: Children that require gluten free, peanut free or have other food allergies will need to bring their own food to school. Special diets (religous, substituted items, lactose intolerant, etc) will be accomodated on a case by case scenario. A doctor's note and completion of our food allergy form is required from your child's pediatrician. This paperwork must be provided to the center at the time of enrollment and updated each school year. The letter must state the food allergy and accompanied with our center's food allergy form. Failure to provide the information at the time of enrollment releases Carrington Academy from any adverse reactions from any exposure to food allergens. Children with severe food allergies must complete additional medical information at the time of enrollment and provide complete pediatrician instruction in the case of accidental exposure.
