Terri Fleming
Ms. Terri has been with Carrington Academy at Midway for four years. She has a Technical Certificate of Credit in Early Childhood Education. She currently resides in Cumming with her fiancé, son and three dogs. Her son, Lucas, began his educational journey here at Carrington at the tender age of four months. He will complete Carrington's program in August!
Ms. Terri loves caring for her babies and assisting them in their development. She is kindhearted and really understands the small details involved in caring for infants. She also loves interacting with the parents and enjoys giving parents the confidence they need when leaving their little ones in her care. Carrington Academy at Midway is proud to have Ms. Terri on staff!

Ms. Sheila has been with Carrington Academy at Midway for 2 years. She is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Child Development. She currently resides in Alpharetta with her husband and two children.
She is very active in her church and has been involved with the children’s program for over eight years. Her work at Carrington Academy at Midway really shows her leadership skills and her commitment to the education and development of each of her students. Ms. Shelia does a great job and her students absolutely love her. She is a firm, yet loving Toddler Program teacher. Her students gain a sense of boundary, while exploring the world around them through their imagination!

Ms. Lisa
Ms. Lisa joined Carrington Academy at Midway in January 2009 as a Toddler teacher. After two years in the toddler classroom, she was given the opportunity to enhance her talents as an Early Preschool II teacher. Ms. Lisa has recently obtained the Child Development Associate as well as a certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education Basics. She resides in Cumming with her husband, 11 year old son, and 4 year old daughter. Ms. Lisa is a gifted teacher and implements Carrington's Curriculum with confidence and sure ability. Her classroom offers the structure needed for students to progress educationally and developmentally. Her students and their parents alike appreciate Ms. Lisa and her hardwork!

After School Club -
Ms. Kalin
Ms. Kalin has been with Carrington at Midway for the past year. She is a fun and energetic After School Club Teacher and has a great time with her students working on science experiments, learning Spanish, playing sports, completing homework assignments, or working on acting skills! Ms. Kalin's After School Club Curriculum is unlike any other. Her Club kids love participating in all of the interesting activities that Ms. Kalin plans.
She is currently in school at Gainesville State College and will be transferring to Georgia State in the spring where she will complete her Bachelor of Health and Nutrition degree. Ms. Kalin is certainly an asset to Carrington at Midway's After School Club and has grown the program to record numbers this school year! Way to go Ms. Kalin!
