Student Uniform Dress Code
Carrington Private Programs
In our Early Preschool (3 year olds) through Kindergarten programs, Carrington Academy has chosen a uniform dress code for Monday-Thursday. Parents may choose from the following bottom clothing selections: khaki color pant, skirt, short, capris, or skort. Uniform shirts are available for purchase through our preferred vendor, Academy Apparel in Alpharetta. Uniforms are not required on Friday and children may dress in their choice of clothing. Periodically, there will themed days/ free days, which will be posted ahead of time, where children will be allowed to dress in their normal play clothes or theme appropriate attire. Please ensure all clothing and accessories meet Carrington's policies. All shoes must be rubber soled with closed toe and closed heal. No flip flops, crocs, or sandals are allowed. Please ensure your student is dressed appropriately to ensure their safety while participating in all activities throughout their school day. All children enrolled in our program are required to have two complete, seasonally appropriate changes of clothes (including socks and shoes), to remain at the school each day.
Georgia Pre-K Uniform Policy
Carrington has adopted the same policy for our Georgia Pre-K students to match our company policy as stated above. Please note that if your family is experiencing financial hardships or qualifies for Category 1, Carrington will provide your child with the appropriate uniform shirts at no cost. Please contact each campus Director in person or by email and they will ennsure your child has the appropriate uniforms for enrollment.
