Baby Sign Language:

This month’s baby sign language word is “book”.  To sign “book”, press your hands together, palm-to-palm. Holding your pinky fingers together, open up your hands as if opening a book. For further assistance, please feel free to ask your child’s teacher. You may also refer to videos and articles on the web.

This month, your child will feel and describe different textures and temperatures, name the shapes of three-dimensional objects, and identify objects found at the beach.

This month, your child will follow multi-step directions, learn to count to 50, and identify a variety of foods from different food groups.

This month, your child use descriptive words, count to 100, and explore the effects of sunlight and it’s role in nature and helping things to grow.

This month, your child will be asking and answering questions in complete sentences. They are also ordering months, weeks, and day. Your child will be participating an experiment involving sunlight as well as a math experiment to create a pulley in order to explore cause and effect.
