This is by far my favorite time of year. Happy Fall Ya’ll! It’s a little cooler, a little crisper, and the beautiful fall colors are about to appear. This month is going to be a busy one. Many fun activities are planned for our students as well as, a few family activities for you to participate in. Please mark your calendar with activity dates below:
- Fall book fair October 5ththrough October 9th. This is also a wonderful time to purchase books as gifts for the upcoming holiday season.
- October 9th is our Parent Appreciation Breakfast. Thank you for choosing Carrington Academy McFarland! We will provide coffee and Danish for our Marvelous McFarland Parents.
- Pumpkin Fun for Everyone! Carrington Families can get into the fall spirit by entering a pumpkin decorating contest. Contest rules will soon be sent home with your child.
- October 30th is our annual Trunk or Treat. Each year families decorate their vehicles and pass out treats to our students. Please look for Trunk or Treat information to be sent home with your child’s folder. We would love to have at least 10 families participate this year.
Fall is also the time of year when cold and flu’s start to spread. Please help us keep Carrington as germ free as possible by adhering to our illness policy and 24 hour policy of no fever. We will also continue to practice, teach and follow proper hand washing procedures.
Nicole and I cherish the trust you have in our teachers and staff. We are enthusiastic about caring, nurturing, and developing lifelong learners. Please know our management team is always available to answer any questions you may have
