Happy New Year everyone! I hope each of you were able to spend some wonderful time together with your loved ones. I know I enjoyed making special memories with my family and granddaughters. I’m sure I speak for the whole staff when I say thank you to everyone for all the holiday gifts and goodies!
As we look to the New Year we can celebrate all of the hard work your children have done during the first half of the school year. I am so very proud of all they have accomplished. I am sure 2017 will be just as great as 2016 for Carrington Academy McFarland. I am so excited to see our program grow and am truly blessed to be a part of it! My prayer for everyone during this New Year is that we all remember and share the warmth and joy we experience during the holidays all year long! Once again I was struck by the tremendous generosity of our school community. We helped so many children with all the Angels Over Forsyth donations. I am passing along the sincere gratitude from those children.
As we head into January, our students have several things to look forward to. Our community outreach program for the end January will be the “Souper Bowl” where we will be collecting cans of soup. I hope everyone will be able to help out in some way. Also, children will enjoy Spirit week with fun daily events.
As always, thank you for sharing your children with us!
With warmest wishes,
