Monthly Curriculum
Infant
This month’s baby sign is “Bear”. To sign the word bear, make your hands into claws, and cross your arms by your chest. Scratch up and down repeatedly.
Toddlers
This month your toddler will begin to imitate the actions of those around them. For example, he may pick up a block and pretend to talk on the telephone. This type of imaginative play can help develop social skills, creativity, and increased vocabulary.
Beginners
This month, your child will learn the words to familiar songs, follow multi-step directions, and name places in her community. (i.e. a park, a school, a grocery store)
Intermediate
This month, your child will follow multi-step directions, learn to count to 50, and identify a variety of foods from different food groups.
Pre-K
This month, your child begin to follow multi-step directions, use a variety of descriptive words, and begin using addition and subtraction.
