A Note From Our Principal,
Thank you all for helping our school celebrate Earth Day last month. Celebrating Earth Day provided our teachers with many opportunities to relate science, math and literacy concepts to everyday life. As we move into May, we are getting our classrooms ready for a summer of additional enrichment. We can’t wait to spend summer with you and your children!
Sincerely,
Alli Halilovic
Teacher Appreciation Week
We love our teachers! Teacher appreciation is the week of May 4th – May 8th. And while this may look a little different than past years, we are excited to show our teachers some love. When our teachers are asked what they miss the most, the answer is overwhelming the same… THEIR STUDENTS!
Check out these great activities to celebrate our teachers!
- Record your child singing a favorite song and send us your video.
- Ask your child to draw something for their teacher and take a picture of your child holding it.
- Spend some time outside and draw a picture or write a message to your teacher.
- Contact the school if you have an idea to share.
Pre-K Graduation
Typically, this is the time of year that we celebrate the accomplishments of our Pre-K & TK students with a graduation ceremony. Due to the current conditions, we are unable to hold a ceremony at this time.
