Fall Festival Parties
Our classrooms will be celebrating Halloween by doing crafts and having a classroom candy parade. Students can wear themed PJ’s (no costumes please). We know families and staff typically look forward to class parties because they allow us to be together as a school community and give parents an opportunity to get to know their child’s classmates and other parents. We are still not allowed to invite parents into our classrooms for celebrations and will be sharing extra photos with you all on Links To Home. Thank you for your positivity and flexibility!

Classroom Recognition
Wanted to share a great practice we saw this morning in Ms. Aleecia’s Pre K 2 classroom. Walking through her classroom while her students were outside, we observed her room very organized with everything in it’s place, chairs pushed in, and her classroom feeling very warm and welcoming. We were also was very pleased to see her tables set up with the students drawing activity ready PRIOR to when her children went outside. This is good practice to follow when it comes to transition from one activity to another, such as when students go outside on the playground, and the students know what is planned when they come inside. We went back to her room shortly after and all students were fully engaged and ready to learn!
