Dear Families,
As we head into August, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every family who purchased lemonade and cookies, made a donation, volunteered, or simply stopped by to support this amazing cause. Your generosity and kindness made a tremendous impact.
Our fundraising goal this year was $2,500, and thanks to our amazing Carrington community, we are thrilled to share that we raised an incredible $3,027!
Because of your support, our donation will fund 61 hours of childhood cancer research through Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. Every dollar raised helps researchers develop safer, more effective treatments, supports families facing childhood cancer, and brings hope to children battling this disease. Together, we are helping move research forward and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
We are so proud of our students for learning that even small acts of kindness can have a lasting impact. Watching our school community come together to support children they may never meet is a beautiful reminder of the compassion and generosity that make Carrington Academy so special.
While summer may be winding down, the fun certainly isn’t over! As we start the new school year, we have plenty of exciting activities still ahead, and we can’t wait to enjoy them with your children. A Friendly Reminder to Secure Enrollment for the 26/27 School Year
Thank you to our families who have already secured their enrollment for the upcoming school year. Our classrooms are filling quickly and our teachers have already started to plan exciting new activities. For those who have not yet registered, we urge you to complete the re-enrollment process as soon as possible to guarantee your child’s spot.

As we head into the new school year, it’s the perfect time to update paperwork, including emergency contact information, refresh your child’s cubby, and review our Family Handbook. Thank you for helping us keep everything current. We want to ensure a safe and smooth start for all our students.
